Over the past 12 months, Alekos has combined structured online learning and one-to-one tutoring through the Electrical Distributors’ Association (EDA) with hands-on experience in our warehouse and trade counter operations. Throughout the programme, he has consistently applied his learning in a practical environment, developing valuable skills that strengthen both his own capability and the wider team.
